23 Jul Method for preparing biological degradable tissue engineering rack material
Abstract
The present invention discloses the preparation process of biodegradable tissue engineering rack material. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. dissolving collagen like human collagen in distilled water to form 0.5-3 % concentration solution; 2. dissolving chitosan in dilute acid solution to form 0.5-2 % concentration solution and neutralizing with alkali; 3. mixing the two kinds of obtained solution, vacuum defoaming and freeze drying to form sponge; 4. cross-liking the sponge in 0.01-0.25 % concentration alcohol solution of glutaraldehyde for 12-72 hr; and 5. washing with distilled water, freeze drying and Co-60 irradiating sterilization. The biodegradable tissue engineering rack material has proper micro structure and porosity, excellent mechanical strength and controllable degradation rate, and may be used widely in the repair and reconstruction of skin, nerve, blood vessel, heart valve, etc.
