Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a bacterial cellulose compounded amnion extracellular matrix material containing collagen, and relates to a preparation technology of tissue engineering biomaterials. The method comprises the following steps: activating a strain capable of secreting bacterial cellulose to prepare a seed mash; mixing the seed mash with strain concentration of 30-50wt% and a culture medium containing a collagen solution, and putting the mixture into a culture container to stand and culture to obtain a bacterial cellulose/collagen film; immersing an amnion extracellular matrix film in the culture medium, laying the amnion extracellular matrix film on the surface of the bacterial cellulose/collagen film after the amnion extracellular matrix film is completely wet; further standing and culturing for 1-6 hours, purifying and drying to obtain the bacterial cellulose compounded amnion extracellular matrix material containing collagen. The method is simple and practical in preparation process, low in cost and wide in material sources; the prepared compound material has an excellent spatial three-dimensional network, good biocompatibility and high mechanical strength, and can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold material and applied to tissue reconstruction.
