Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing auxetic nanofiber yarn through electrostatic spinning. The method is characterized in that a high voltage electric field is adopted to obtain micro-nanofiber film by conducting electrostatic spinning on a high polymer solution or a high polymer melting liquid, and collecting the micro-nanofiber film on an auxetic structure collecting device; the materials of gaps in rods and among the rods on an auxetic line on the auxetic structure collecting device are different; the collected micro-nanofiber film with an auxetic structure is stripped off from the auxetic structure collecting device and clustered; the micro-nanofiber film is subjected to after-treatment to improve friction performance among fiber and fiber, improve mechanical performance of the auxetic fiber yarn or endow the auxetic nanofiber yarn with functions. The method for preparing the auxetic nanofiber yarn through electrostatic spinning can be used for continuous and scale preparing of the auxetic nanofiber yarn, and the production efficiency of the auxetic nanofiber yarn is improved; the prepared auxetic yarn is stable in structure, and can be used in the fields of clothes, super-hydrophobic materials, filtering materials, biology and medicine, tissue engineering, photoelectric materials, impact protection, sensors, composite materials and the like.
