Abstract
The invention relates to a method for one-step realization of water stability treatment and functional modification of gamma-PGA nano fiber. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparing G2.NH2-FA; (2) preparing G2.NH2-FI; (3) activating the gamma-PGA nano fiber; (4) respectively adding the activated gamma-PGA nano fiber into a methanol solution of G2.NH2-FA, a methanol solution of G2.NH2-FA and a methanol solution of G2.NH2-FI, obtaining the nano fiber of gamma-PGA-G2.NH2, gamma-PGA-G2.NH2-FA and gamma-PGA-G2.NH2-FI after reactions. The method has the advantages of simple operation processes, mild reaction conditions and easily available raw materials, and the prepared nano fiber has good water stability and blood compatibility, and can specifically capture cancer cells, so the nano fiber has potential application value in the fields of tissue engineering scaffolds and the like.
