Abstract
The tissue engineering is a recent field, the studies about biomaterials with different physical characteristics and advantages are under continuous research for the application thereof. One of the biomaterials of great interest for scientists of this area is the chitosan, therefore the present invention provides: -A method for obtaining asymmetric membranes of chitosan for being used as support for the culture of stem cells, and a further research purpose referring to: -the asymmetric membranes of chitosan due to the characteristics thereof, which allows the cells contained therein to migrate from the interior to an external environment.
