Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bone tissue engineering scaffold by adopting a macrostructure and microstructure imitating trabecular bone, comprising the following steps: 1) themacrostructure of a engineering scaffold is divided into two layers, a CAD software is used for designing and a 3D printing software is used to generate a printing file; 2) a polycaprolactone material is adopted as a structural support material; 3) hydroxyapatite is adopted as a functional filler; 4) sodium chloride and antibiotic particles are adopted as microstructure forming materials; 5) thematerials of the steps 2) to 4) are uniformly mixed and made into granules; 6) a fused deposition modeling 3D printer is used for printing modeling; 7) a printed body is ultrasonically oscillated in normal-temperature distilled water for 10 to 30 minutes to fully dissolve sodium chloride particles, so that microscopic pores are formed in the printed body; and 8) after disinfection, the printed body can be used as a bone increment product. The bone increment product of the invention can be used for various types of bone incremental surgeries, a degradable material is adopted, and the bone increment product can prevent infection, and improve bone formation efficiency and effect.
