Abstract
The present invention is to provide a manufacturing method for a blended filament yarn for a cell culture support. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method for a blended filament yarn comprises: a step (1) of preparing a first yarn which includes one or more of a first motif and a first motif bonded body having an amino acid sequence where a first motif amino acid sequence is repeated at least twice, and a second yarn which includes one or more of a second motif, a different type from the first motif, and a second motif bonded body having an amino acid sequence where a second motif amino acid sequence is repeated at least twice; and a step (2) of combining the prepared first and second yarns. Thus, the manufacturing method for a blended filament yarn for a cell culture support can be appropriate for fully implementing functions of individual motifs even though the different types of motifs are included in a single blended filament yarn. In addition, the single blended filament yarn can realize a microenvironment in which processes of attachment, movement, proliferation, and differentiation of a cultured cell can continuously occur. Furthermore, the single blended filament yarn allows culturing of a cell cluster composed of cells with the same differentiation step and, at the same time, allows culturing of many cell clusters with different differentiation steps from one another. Moreover, the manufactured blended filament yarn for a cell culture support can three dimensionally grow a cell, that is cultured to be appropriate for application to in vitro experiment model or implantation into an animal, and accordingly, can be widely applied to various products used in the cell culture sector or the tissue engineering sector including a bioreactor, a cell culture container, and an implantation kit.
