Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering, and discloses a method for increasing growth speed of crucian carps based on transgenes. The method for increasing growth speed ofcrucian carps based on transgenes comprises the following steps of performing fst gene cloning of the crucian carps, performing extraction to obtain total RNA of muscular tissue of the crucian carps,performing reverse transcription to obtain cDNA, and using the cDNA as a formwork; performing PCR amplification to obtain a sequence; constructing a transgene carrier, and through BamHI and Xmal enzyme cutting, inserting a target gene fragment in the sequence so as to form the transgene carrier, wherein the transgene carrier contains main elements of Tol2-mylz2-fst-rabbit globin-Tol2, a mylz2 promoter enables a target gene to be specifically expressed in the muscular tissue, and rabbit globin can increase the stability of the mRNA of the target gene; and performing microinjection so as to obtain the transgenic crucian carps.
