Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving shape memory and promoting osteogenic effects of poly-L-lactide (PLLA) by polymers of beta-hydroxybutyric acid and valerate (PHBV). According to the method for improving shape memory and promoting osteogenic effects of the PLLA by the PHBV, the PHBV is introduced into PHBV fibers. The method for improving shape memory and promoting osteogenic effectsof the PLLA by the PHBV is easy to operate, low in cost, and capable of effectively improving shape memory and promoting osteogenic effects of the PLLA; and thus, the method makes it possible to promote and enhance application, transformation and clinical efficacy of PLLA base bone tissue engineering products. Therefore, the method for improving shape memory and promoting osteogenic effects of the PLLA by the PHBV has relatively good market application prospects.
