Method for flexibly producing cell module of different morphology and application

Abstract

A method for flexibly producing cell module of different morphologies and application are provided. The present invention takes micro-channels on a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip as a mold to produce modules of polymers like gelatin, collagen, polyethylene glycol, etc. having biocompatibility through the perfusion and curing method. The module is used as a cell growth support to be applied in in-vitro assembly and repair for tissues. At the same time, the present invention introduces pressure controllable PDMS film structure into the micro mold, thus the internally generated module can be actively released. The method can produce curable glue-based polymer modules of different morphologies simply, fast and flexibly. The modules can be released from the mold actively. The method is conducive to maintain the structural integrity of the modules. The invention is expected to provide a flexible and controllable cell support production method, which is applied in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
