23 Jul METHOD FOR EVALUATING CULTURED TISSUE SAMPLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CULTURED TISSUE USING THE SAME
Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a cultured tissue of an evaluation target by a nondestructive, noncontact and nondyeing method. ;SOLUTION: The evaluation method comprises evaluating the growth degree of a cultured tissue sample by irradiating a cultured tissue sample obtained by collagen gel culture with an ultrashort light pulse as an incident light and detecting an emitted second harmonic generation (SHG light). The ultrashort light pulse is preferably femtosecond laserbeam. The evaluation method is extremely useful in the field of regeneration treatment and systems engineering. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
