Abstract

The invention discloses a method for efficiently separating mesenchymal stem cells from tissues, which belongs to the technical field of cell culture. The invention aims to solve the problem that separation fails or cell yield is low because cells in the tissues cannot adherently grow because an adherent tissue block floats after being added into a culture solution for separating the mesenchymal stem cells by adopting a traditional tissue adherent culture method. On the basis of the traditional tissue adherent culture method, a perforated glass plate or an analogue is added to be pressed onto the adherent tissue block by an improved tissue adherent culture method, thus, the tissue is effectively prevented from floating, and the exchange between nutrient substances and gases in the tissues is also ensured, thereby, the success rate of separating the mesenchymal stem cells from the tissues and the yield are obviously improved. The technical method in the invention can be widely used for acquiring the stem cells and other various cells from various tissues, is simple and practical, is easy to operate and is about to be widely applied to cell research and the research and development on cell and tissue engineering products.
