According to the method for effectively preserving the yellow flag embryonic callus, a young embryo of the yellow flag is taken as explant, the pollution rate is extremely low, the callus induction rate is high, callus embryonic property is good, and the propagation coefficient is high; meanwhile, the serious problems that browning and differentiation are prone to occurrence in preservation of the yellow flag embryonic callus are solved, the practicability is strong, the operation is easy and convenient, and the generalization performance is good.
