Abstract
The invention provides a method for culturing fibroblast through retroauricular skin. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of collecting skin tissue; performing tissue recovery and enzymolysis; performing cell primary culture and cell purification; performing fibroblast amplified culture; detecting fibroblast; and performing frozen storage of the fibroblast. The fibroblastprepared by the method is higher in activity and higher in purity, and can be used for preparing tissue engineering products and cosmetic products having high treatment effects.
