METHOD FOR CREATING A TISSUE-ENGINEERED VASCULAR IMPLANT BASED ON A TUBULAR BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER MATRIX OF POLY(L-LACTIDE) MICROFIBERS

Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to creation of a tissue-engineering vascular implant based on a tubular biodegradable polymer matrix of poly(L-lactide) microfibers. Method comprises inoculating cell material on a tubular biodegradable polymer matrix of poly (L-lactide) microfibres, which is performed by filtering a culture medium containing 2×10mesenchymal stem cells of adipose tissue per 10 mm of length of matrix, introducing it into matrix lumen, and the filtered culture medium is collected and the procedure for its introduction is repeated at least twice. Matrix with applied cells is then incubated in COincubator for 1 hour.EFFECT: invention provides uniform distribution of cells in the volume of the vascular implant based on a tubular biodegradable polymer matrix of poly(L-lactide) microfibers.1 cl, 3 ex
