Method for covalently immobilizing bioactive factor by material surface/interface photo-produced aldehyde/ketone group

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for immobilizing a bioactive factor by a material surface/interface photo-produced aldehyde/ketone group in a controllable mode. The method is characterized in that ato-be-immobilized bioactive factor does not need extra chemical modification, so that bioactivity of the bioactive factor is not damaged, and gentle and effective covalent immobilization can be performed on the material surface/interface at a low temperature or the room temperature under control of light. The method for immobilizing the bioactive factor is simple in process, is good in repeatability, can realize immobilization for proteins, polypeptides, antibodies, growth factors or enzymes on the surface of various glass, metal, organic polymers, and the like, and is innovation for the protein immobilizing method. The invention further relates to application of the protein immobilizing material in various biomedicine and tissue engineering fields such as cell brackets, in-vitro diagnosis, enzyme catalysis, protein purification and the like.
