Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering, and discloses a method for covalently bonding a bioactive layer on the surface of a three-dimensional scaffold. The method is characterized in that an alkynyl-containing polymer scaffold, an azido-modified bioactive macromolecule, an alkynyl-containing cross-linker and an alkynyl-modified active small molecule which are used as raw materials undergo an azido and alkynyl reaction in an inert atmosphere under the action of a catalyst with water as a reaction medium to make the polymer material scaffold modified with the bioactive layer in order to obtain a three-dimensional scaffold with the surface being covalently bonded with the bioactive layer. The method has the advantages of mild, flexible and efficient reaction conditions, realization of uniform and stable modification of the surface of the three-dimensional structure material, no limitation on the three-dimensional structure form, wide application range, and realization of stable combination of the bioactive layer and the three-dimensional scaffold.
