Method for constructing tissue engineering support for restoring spinal cord injury through targeted promoting of connection of corticospinal tracts

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for constructing a tissue engineering support for restoring a spinal cord injury through targeted promoting of connection of corticospinal tracts. A TrkC gene trans-infected neural stem cell is planted on an NT-3 sustained-release porous gelatin sponge cylindrical support by using a principle of mutual bonding of a ligand and an acceptor between PTP[sigma]-TrkC soas to construct a three-dimensional bio-support containing a stem cell derived neuron with TrkC overexpression; and by transplanting the bio-support to a spinal cord affected zone, new connecting target points can be provided for regenerated corticospinal tracts for expressing PTP[sigma], and the development of excitatory synapses is promoted. The method is a method for constructing a tissue engineering support capable of achieving targeted connection of the corticospinal tracts.
