Abstract
The invention provides a method for constructing a tissue engineering compound in vitro, which is realized through the technical scheme as follows: by taking temperature-sensitive collagen gel containing natural type I collagen as the substrate as an extracellular matrix, preparing high-concentration seed cells into cell suspension at a low temperature, planting in a support material having a certain shape in a manner of injecting, pre-culturing at 37 DEG C to form stagnant gel phase, and transferring the compound into a three-dimensional culture device to continuously carry out multiplication culture till transplant repair conditions are satisfied. According to the invention, the cell planting number is effectively increased; cells are prevented from being lost; distribution of cells in a material is improved; and TCH (Total Cholesterol) can be combined with any biological support material and is applied to constructing various tissue engineering compounds.
