Abstract
The invention discloses a method for constructing tissue engineering cartilage. The method includes the steps of firstly, adding cartilage cell suspension to a Gelatin/PCL nanofiber electricity texture membrane; secondly, adding a Gelatin/PCL nanofiber electricity texture membrane to the cartilage cell suspension generated in the first step; thirdly, repeatedly executing the first step and the second step to obtain a composite; fourthly, culturing the composite in vitro to obtain the tissue engineering cartilage.
