Method for anchoring growth factor on material with biodegradability

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for anchoring a growth factor on a biodegradable material. The method comprises the following steps: A) carrying out plasma treatment for the biodegradable material; B) soaking the biodegradable material in step A) into a growth factor solution to carry out growth factor anchoring treatment; and C) taking out the biodegradable material in step B), freezing and drying the biodegradable material. The method can keep original biological activity of the growth factor, and can release the biological activity from the biodegradable material constantly. Through effectively selecting gas type of the plasma treatment, parameter of the plasma treatment and anchoring condition, the method can adjust the fixed efficiency of the growth factor on the biodegradable material and control release behavior, so as to make the growth factor effectively combined on a device prepared from the biodegradable material, keep biological activity and perform functions in vivo continuously. The method can also improve cellular affinity of the biodegradable material at the same time, so as to promote application of synthesized biodegradable macromolecules such as polylactone in tissue engineering.
