Abstract
The invention provides a method combining coaxial electrostatic spinning and layer-by-layer self-assembly for synergistic gradient release of growth factors. The method comprises the following steps of S1, applying a coaxial electrostatic spinning method to coat one or multiple types of growth factors into a core layer solution; S2, applying a layer-by-layer self-assembly to load the other or several types of growth factors to the surface of the coaxial nanometer fiber; S3, freeze-drying, so as to obtain the coaxial electrostatic spinning/layer-by-layer self-assembly release-controlled fiber film. The method has the advantages that one type of growth factor or medicine is integrated with the core layer solution by the coaxial electrostatic spinning technique, and the other type of growth factor or medicine is deposited to the surface of the nanometer fiber film by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique; by adopting the coaxial electrostatic spinning method and the layer-by-layer self-assembly method, the tight combination of the core layer factors and the loose combination of the surface layer factors can be realized, and finally the joint release-controlled effect of lasting release of core layer factors and instantaneous release of surface layer factors is realized; the application prospect is broad in the fields of wound healing and tissue engineering.
