Abstract
The invention discloses a method for recovering to a three-dimensional microcarrier cell to a novel carrier for growth and reproduction. The invention provides a method based on three-dimensional microcarrier cell resuscitation, which includes the following steps: inoculating frozen cells or a cell suspension obtained by re-dissolving the frozen cells microstructure onto a three-dimensional microcarrier for cell recovery culture. The method can realize that the cell passaging does not interrupt a process of three-dimensional culture, and maintains the cells in a three-dimensional state duringthe preparation of the three-dimensional cultured cell products or tissue engineering products. The method can achieve fully enclosed cell culture and continuous expansion, and provides some innovation or supplement or experience in the field of cell recovery.
