Abstract
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves simultaneously both piercing the tissues and controlling the introduction of the instrument into the cavity already during the first passage and, when necessary, during the subsequent ones. The instrument to put the given method into practice is trocar 1 containing telescope 2 with piercing end piece 5 made from transparent material, for instance, polymethyl methacrylate. When necessary, the end piece is manufactured as removable. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation.
