Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for preparing a biomedical open cell foam zinc material. The method comprises the steps that firstly, spherical calcium chloride particles with uniform particle size are sintered to obtain a calcium chloride prefabricated body; metal zinc is placed on the calcium chloride prefabricated body and then are placed in a vacuum infiltration device to be heated, and meanwhile, a vacuum pump and a vacuum valve are opened for vacuumizing; after complete liquid seal, the vacuum pump and the vacuum valve are closed; after the infiltration temperature is reached, heat preservation is carried out, and then a pressurization valve is opened for infiltration casting so as to obtain a zinc-calcium chloride composite body; and after the composite body is solidified, the calcium chloride particles are removed by dissolving the composite body in water so as to obtain the open cell foam zinc material. The open cell foam zinc material prepared by the method has the advantages of being uniform in pore distribution, adjustable in porosity, controllable in pore size and pore distribution and good in inter-pore penetrating performance, and the open cell foam zinc material with the gradient structure can be prepared and is suitable for bone tissue engineering scaffold materials. The device has the advantages that the technical problems of insufficient infiltration and excessive infiltration of an existing device can be solved.
