23 Jul METHOD AND COMPUTER DEVICE FOR DETERMINING PERFUSION SPEED CHARACTERISTICS IN LIVING ORGANISM TISSUES
Abstract
FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves locating living organism tissues with ultrasonic Doppler gage and determining perfusion speed characteristics by using computer device. The gage is set so that no blood vessels of diameter greater than 1.0 mm being found in the sound-treated area. Maximum and mean blood circulation rate Qmax, Qmean are determined from formula Qmax/mean = Vmax/mean.Sred ml/s, where Vmax/mean is the blood motion speed in a tissue area, Sred is the reduced blood vessel cross-section area where H is probing depth, d is the working gage surface diameter, Kden is the density coefficient of filling tissue with micro blood vessels in probing zone. It is equal to 0.02, 0.24 and 0.33 on working frequency of 20,10 and 5 MHz, respectively. The device has ultrasonic Doppler gage connected to coordination unit between which and sonic control unit sound card is set that is connected to user interface including databases and connected to visualization and recording units. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of obtained data. 15 cl, 1 tbl
