Abstract
The invention discloses a metal-organic-framework-controlled polylactic acid honeycomb porous film and a preparation method thereof. The polylactic acid honeycomb porous film is composed of polylactic acid and a zeolite imidazate framework ZIF-8. The preparation method comprises the following steps: vigorously stirring ZIF-8 nanoparticles and polylactic acid according to a certain ratio by using trichloromethane as a solvent, carrying out solution blending by ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a film casting solution, pouring the film casting solution into a culture dish, putting into a container, and preparing the honeycomb porous film with uniform and regular pore size by using liquid drops formed in the vapor condensation process as a template while controlling the humidity and temperature. The preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost. The prepared metal-organic-framework-controlled polylactic acid honeycomb porous film has wide application values in the aspects of biomedicine, tissue engineering, high-end isolation techniques, chemical sensing and the like.
