Abstract
The invention discloses a mesenchymal stem cell that inhibits osteoclast generation, and a preparation method and applications thereof. The preparation method of the mesenchymal stem cell leads the mesenchymal stem cell to be cultivated in a culture medium that contains tumor necrosis factors and consequently obtains the mesenchymal stem cell with inhibition capabilities of osteoclast generation and/or bone absorption. The mesenchymal stem cell can be used for preparing medicines that can inhibit osteoclast generation or bone absorption. The mesenchymal stem cell that inhibits osteoclast generation and the preparation method thereof establish foundation for carrying out tissue engineering research.
