Abstract
The present invention provides one kind of membranous tissue engineering rack comprising a microporous layer of fiber material in 20-1000 nm pore size and a macroporous layer of sponge or fiber material in 50-1000 micron pore size and communicated to the microporous layer. The tissue engineering rack of the present invention has the beneficial effects of capacity of blocking fibrocyte invasion with the microporous layer and providing inside cell tissue growth space with the macroporous layer; excellent mechanical performance for minimizing the amount of needed biological polymer material and acid degraded product; and suitability for repairing bone, tendon, cartilage, skin and other tissues.
