Abstract

The invention discloses a medicine carrying aerogel preparation method based on a supercritical fluid technology. A chitosan acetic acid water solution and a beta-sodium glycerophosphate water solution are mixed and stirred at low temperature to form sol; the sol is put in a drying medicine carrying kettle of a supercritical fluid drying medicine carrying system; the temperature and the pressure of the drying medicine carrying kettle are set; chitosan/beta-sodium glycerophosphate sol is converted into chitosan/ beta-sodium glycerophosphate hydrogel under the effect of temperature; aerogel is formed through supercritical carbon dioxide drying; then, a system passage is regulated, so that supercritical carbon dioxide flows through a medicine dissolving kettle; medicine is dissolved and then takes a full action with the aerogel; the medicine is loaded into the aerogel; medicine carrying aerogel is formed after pressure relief. The medicine carrying aerogel preparation method has the advantages that the operation process is simple; the process is stable; the condition is mild; no organic solvent residues exist, and the like. The preparation method can be applied to the fields of tissue engineering scaffolds, implantable medicine administration and the like.
