Abstract

A cross-linking agent is not needed, and the sponge has a thermal-sensitive characteristic after absorbing tissue fluid or blood, can be converted to a gel state when reaching the normal temperature of a human body, is firmly bonded with tissue, has effects of stopping bleeding, preventing adhesion and promoting tissue repair, can be combined with a sterilizing agent, growth factors and other drugs for use, and can also be applied to the fields of tissue engineering and artificial organs.
