Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has articulation head and neck of condylar process of the mandibular branch produced from biologically inert material and repeating the shape of excised mandible fragment and tail part manufactured as a plate. One end of the tail part is hingedly connected to the articulation head and neck of the condylar process and the other tail part has at least two fastening openings. The tail part additionally has articulation bursa manufactured from flexible material tightly enveloping the hinged connection enabling articulation head to freely rotate inside it and having biologically inert gel mass. EFFECT: prolonged service life; avoided tissue integrity violation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
