Abstract
FIELD: medicine; oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves subtotal ablation of the mammary gland tissue with the tumor and axillary fat tissue with lymphatic nodes. Preserved are the nipple and areola complex and the submammary fold as well as parts of the gland tissue in the lower inner contour zone . EFFECT: minimal complications; higher cosmetic effect.
