Abstract
The invention provides a making method of a three-dimensional porous bone tissue engineering scaffold material artificial tooth. The method comprises the following steps: preparation of a polyether ether ketone suspension, preparation of a hydroxyapatite whisker suspension, preparation of a polylactic acid suspension, preparation of a three-dimensional porous bone tissue engineering scaffold material composite rod, artificial tooth processing, artificial tooth surface acid treatment, filling of three-dimensional pores of the artificial tooth surface with a PLLA/nHA porous compound, degradation of the PLLA/nHA porous compound in the three-dimensional pores of the artificial tooth surface, and spraying of a growth factor onto the artificial tooth surface. A bone tissue engineering scaffold material is prepared mainly from the hydroxyapatite, polyether ether ketone and poly(L-lactic acid), and is processed through a special technology to produce the artificial tooth, and the obtained artificial tooth has the advantages of good biocompatibility, good cell affinity, good osteoconductivity and three-dimensional porous structure, so that artificial tooth has good biodegradability and osteoinductivity.
