23 Jul Magnetic DNA hydrogel and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a magnetic deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) synthesizing long single-stranded DNA; (2) synthesizing composite magnetic nanoparticles whose surfaces are modified by DNA primers; and (3) adding the composite magnetic nanoparticles into the system in the step (1) to obtain the DNA magnetic hydrogel. The DNA magnetic hydrogel provided by the invention has a magnetic guiding function and can realize various complex motions under an external magnetic field. More importantly, the magnetic DNA hydrogel has passive shape adaptability and can well cope with irregular and complex external environments. The process for preparing the hydrogel is simple and convenient. The material has good biocompatibility and can be applied to the fields of tissue engineering, medical dressing, drug slow release (adsorption) and the like.
