Abstract
The present invention discloses a macroporous fluffy fiber-based tissue engineering stent. The macroporous fluffy fiber-based tissue engineering stent is characterized in that the macroporous fluffy fiber-based tissue engineering stent is an electrostatic spinning 3D macroporous stent composed of polymer fibers, distance between the polymer fibers is 10-100 [mu]m, porosity is 85-95% and thicknessis 500-5,000 [mu]m. A preparation method is as follows: polymer raw materials are dissolved in a solvent to obtain a homogeneous electrostatic spinning solution; after electrostatic spinning, a dense2D fiber membrane is obtained; the 2D fiber membrane is placed in a sodium borohydride solution, and an ethylene oxide treatment is conducted to obtain the macroporous fluffy fiber-based tissue engineering stent. A reaction of sodium borohydride and the solvent is utilized to release hydrogen to perform a foaming treatment on micron or nanofiber membranes to obtain a macroporous fluffy structure structurally simulating ECM and also conducive to cell penetration and tissue growing-in. At the same time, continuous integrity of electrostatic spinning fibers is retained, which is beneficial to maintaining mechanical properties of the macroporous fluffy fiber-based tissue engineering stent.
