Abstract
The invention discloses a macromolecular plasticizer and a preparation method thereof. A novel macromolecular plasticizer is synthesized by adding a multifunctional crosslinking agent into a PHBV (PHB or PHV) and PLA blend material. The macromolecular plasticizer has the characteristics of degradability, biocompatibility, adjustable mechanical properties and the like, can be used as an in-vivo implant material, and particularly can be applied to the preparation of a degradable artificial blood vessel, a degradable vascular stent, a degradable embedded surgical suture line, a degradable tissue engineering stent and the like.
