Abstract
The utility model relates to a lyophilized acellular swine aorta vessel matrix which is prepared by adopting the steps of carrying out freeze-drying preprocessing on swine aorta and decellularizing with a detergent. The lyophilized acellular swine aorta vessel matrix is of a hollow pipe, has the pipe wall thickness of 2-4mm, the outer diameter of 10-20mm, and the inner diameter of 8-18m. The lyophilized acellular swine aorta vessel matrix has the advantages that with the swine aorta as a research object, through optimizing a preparation condition, a lyophilized acellular vessel with proper porosity, mechanical property and immunogen is prepared. A preparation method is low in cost, thus hundreds of millions of RMB of precious medical treatment resources are saved. Experimental basis and pointer are provided for optimizing research and development of the acellular vessel and the clinical application of a tissue engineering aorta vessel.
