Abstract
The invention discloses a low immunogenicity collagen modified high bioactivity hyaluronic acid medical film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving hyaluronic acid in a phosphate buffer solution (pH =7.4) to prepare a hyaluronic acid solution; then adding low immunogenicity collagen into the hyaluronic acid solution, uniformly stirring the mixture, adding a crosslinking agent, for example, a genipin solution or firstly, adding 4-monohydrate (MES) for activation, then adding a composition of 1-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) andN-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS); and after reaction, drying the mixture to form a film to prepare the low immunogenicity collagen modified high bioactivity hyaluronic acid medical film. The medical film material has good biocompatibility, degradability and biosafety, also has relative good mechanical strength and moisturizing property, and can be used as bleed stopping materials, tissue engineering brackets, high-grade dressing, drug vector materials, hairdressing materials and the like.
