Abstract
The utility model discloses a loading equipment used for cartilage engineering in vitro, which comprises a platform provided with a culturing room and a compression adjusting device arranged below the platform, wherein the compression adjusting device comprises a U-shaped support with an opening facing upward and a bottom surface being flat; two side walls of the support respectively penetrate the platform and extend on the surface of the platform; the inner side of upper end of the two side walls are respectively fixedly provided with a pressure plate; a U-shaped under-frame is arranged below the support; a first wedge-shaped sliding block and a second wedge-shaped sliding block are arranged in the under-frame in an overlapping way; the upper surface of the first wedge-shaped sliding block is parallel to the platform; the support is supported by the first wedge-shaped sliding block; a pair of adjusting screw rods are respectively arranged at two sides of the under-frame; the two adjusting screw rods are respectively connected with the side surfaces of the first wedge-shaped sliding block and the second wedge-shaped sliding block, thus leading the two sliding blocks to move relatively; and the platform is provided with a control mechanism which selectively loads cultures in a culturing room in a rolling way or a sliding way.
