Abstract

The invention relates to a liver tissue engineering scaffold for cell composite culture and a preparation method thereof. The liver tissue engineering scaffold is formed by overlapping and wrapping a membrane scaffold with a flow channel structure and a micron porous scaffold with a cell culture structure. The preparation method of the liver tissue engineering scaffold comprises the steps of: first, designing a digital model, preparing a negative model of the soft mold of the membrane scaffold and a negative model of the soft mold of the porous scaffold, then respectively preparing the membrane scaffold and the porous scaffold and finally overlapping and wrapping to prepare the liver tissue engineering scaffold, wherein the liver tissue engineering scaffold internally has the micron porous scaffold with the cell culture structure and the membrane scaffold with the flow channel structure, the cell culture structure is beneficial for the growth of cells, as the optimally designed flow channel structure is provided, sufficient permeation and material exchange of the culture solution can be realized inside the whole scaffold, so that vascular network establishment and liver cell growth and agglomeration are promoted, and finally the engineered manufacturing of liver tissue can be realized. The liver tissue engineering scaffold for cell composite culture has the advantages of high manufacturing precision, short cycle, low cost and simple operation and the like.
