23 Jul Leersia hexandra Swartz endophytic bacterium capable of reducing hexavalent chromium and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses aLeersia hexandra Swartz endophytic bacteriumcapable of reducing hexavalent chromium. The Leersia hexandra Swartzendophytic bacterium is Bacillus cereus J01 which is isolated by an inventor from stem tissue of chromium superaccumulative plant Leersia hexandra Swartz in a laboratory of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Guilin University of Technology, and is preserved in the General Microbial Center of the Chinese Commission for the Preservation and Management of Microbial Specieson June 22, 2017, and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.14267. The Leersia hexandra Swartz endophytic bacterium can reduce hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium, and a new microbial resource is provided for microbial remediation of hexavalent chromium contamination.
