Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser for a soft tissue which is excellent in operability from the viewpoint of human engineering while being very safe during operation.SOLUTION: The laser for the soft tissue includes a display, a control device, a controllable laser light source, a first light guiding element and a reception port on the light emission end of the first light guiding element. Various tip ends provided with a second light guiding element can be removably disposed on the light emission end of the first light guiding element. Various tip ends differ from each other in the diameter of the second light guiding element and/or the size of the protrusion of the second light guiding element from the free end of the tip end in the axial direction. While the control device 36 selects the suitable tip end part 12 according to a specially necessary work process, the laser light source 38 is controlled by a method in which the output necessary for the selected work process can be utilized on the free end of the second light guiding element 26.
