Abstract

Soluble calcium salt is used as a calcium source, phosphoric acid or phosphate is used as a phosphorus source, deionized water is used as a solvent, the calcium source, the phosphorus source and water-soluble vitamins containing hydroxy or carboxyl are added into deionized water according to a mol ratio of the calcium source, the phosphorus source to the water-soluble vitamins which is 1-2:1:0.001-0.1 with uniform mixing, and the solution is marked as a solution A; the pH value of the solution A is adjusted to 6-12, a hydrothermal reaction is carried out in a hydrothermal reactor at 60-200 DEG C for 1-24 hours, filtering and washing are carried out, drying of the obtained sediment is carried out at 50-80 DEG C in an air atmosphere, and mesoporous hydroxyapatite is prepared. The mesoporous hydroxyapatite has the advantage of high specific surface area, and can be widely applied to fields of drug delivery, tissue engineering, bone defect repair, separating and purification, sewage treatment, and the like.
