Abstract

The antibody comprises a heavy chain and a light chain, the heavy chain is represented by an aminoacid sequence SEQ ID No.1, and the light chain is represented by an amino acid sequence SEQ ID No.2. The L10D9 antibody provided by the invention can specifically bind to a D3 region of XI-type collagen and II-type collagen, and the D3 region is represented by an amino acid sequence SEQ ID No.3. The L10D9 antibody provided by the invention can bind to the natural or denatured XI-type collagen andII-type collagen, and detect the XI-type collagen and II-type collagen in biological samples (tissue sections, urine and blood) through methods such as immunohistochemistry, ELISA and WB.
