Abstract

The invention relates to a kit for inducing fibroblasts to be reprogrammed into osteoblast-like cells by using fish spawn metrocyte extract and a method thereof and belongs to the fields of cell biology technique and regenerative medicine. In allusion to the problems that vector mediation and transgenosis operations are needed, the experiment steps are complex, the requirement on the technical level of the experiment is high and the generated osteoblasts are low in safety of the prior art for transdifferentiating the fibroblasts into osteoblast-like cells, a non-vector-mediation method for inducing fibroblasts to be reprogrammed into osteoblast-like cells by using fish spawn metrocyte extract and a kit thereof are disclosed. The osteoblast-like cells obtained by the method and the kit are not involved with vector mediation and exogenous gene insertion, so that the vector building process is eliminated; the experiment operations are relatively simple; the generated osteoblast-like cells are relatively high in safety; the method and the kit have broad application prospects in the fields of bone tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
