Abstract
The invention relates to the field of enzyme engineering, and discloses a kit containing collagenase and application of the kit. The kit comprises VIII-type collagenase, neutral protease, a trypsin inhibitor and deoxyribonuclease, wherein the ratio between enzyme activity units of the VIII-type collagenase, the neutral protease, the trypsin inhibitor and the deoxyribonuclease is (100-312.5):(1-5):(5000-25000):1. The invention further discloses application of the kit in separating single cells from pancreatic samples. High-yield and high-activity extraction of the single cells, especially pancreatic tissue, can be achieved, and the problem that existing pancreatic tissue single cells are low in yield and activity is solved.
