Abstract
The invention discloses an isolation culturing and screening method of adipose stem cells good at tissue repair. Surface antigens of adipose tissue-derived stromal cells are further screened on the basis of the tissue-derived stromal cells, cells expressing CD10 instead of expressing CD20 are selected, capabilities of endothelial growth factors of secrete vascular are screened, and the adipose stem cells high in tissue repair are obtained. By the arrangement, the problem about heterogeneity of the adipose stem cells is solved, the adipose stem cells high in tissue repair are screened out, andwide application prospect in tissue engineering is achieved.
