Abstract
The invention discloses an isolation and in-vitro proliferation method of periodontal ligament stem cells. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: selecting teeth; stripping off periodontal ligaments; centrifuging periodontal tissue blocks; isolating the periodontal ligament stem cells; cultivating the periodontal ligament stem cells; purifying and cloning the periodontal ligament stem cells; proliferating the periodontal ligament stem cells; and the like. The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that on the basis of researches on the isolation and in-vitro proliferation method of the periodontal ligament stem cells, a theoretical basis is provided for later researches on construction of biological organs of periodontal tissue engineering and on periodontal regeneration treatment. By isolating and purifying the human periodontal ligament stem cells, biological characteristics can be further recognized, so that an important theoretical basis is offered for later researches on construction of artificial biological organs of a periodontal ligament and cementum complex and on periodontal regeneration treatment.
