Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering; orthopedic stomatologic devices. SUBSTANCE: one end of tooth intraosseous implant has all-metal part and porous bearing part made as cylinder with rounded end. Bearing part is provided with external (1) and internal (2) elastically deforming layers made of metal rubber. Internal layer axle carries pin with threaded (3), hinged (4) and crown (5) sections. Pin hinged section (4) is positioned inside all-metal part which is made as tapered sleeve (6) with internal threaded part where nut (7) pressing the pin by hinged section (4) is installed. EFFECT: provision for natural mobility of tooth and uniform distribution of implant masticatory pressure on bone tissue. 1 dwga
